After an established career in Corporate IT Education, Joanne took an entrepreneurial path and has spent the last two decades running her own businesses as a personal chef and health & nutrition coach. Her primary focus has always been to simplify clients' lives and she now brings that same commitment to Stargazer clients. With a keen interest in a healthy and active lifestyle, she enjoys the creativity of cooking and baking for friends and family (including Ollie, the family dog), as well as hiking, cycling, sailing and travelling locally and internationally.

Lars van Rouendal

Project Manager

Lars studied Management, Economics & Law before taking on managerial roles in hospitality as well as dabbling with some start-ups in Chicago, London and Amsterdam. After several years managing the interior on super yachts, Lars worked as a luxury international courier for VIP clients like Louis Vuitton and Rolls Royce. Lars keeps the Stargazer constellation in orbit by managing operations.  His expert skillset is utilized for high-priority projects or international tasks. When not out on his paddle board, Lars likes preparing healthy meals after a session at the local health club.

With over two decades of experience in the hotel, restaurant, and hospitality industry in Victoria and across Canada, Erick brings the highest level of professionalism and service excellence to Stargazer Lifestyle Services. His decades of experience in guest service roles fuel his ability to understand and anticipate our client needs. His continuing passion to create great experiences is mirrored in his hobbies. He enjoys a myriad of activities from yoga, strength training and outdoor adventures to hosting board game nights and cooking for his family.

Amit Sehgal

Amit joins our team with over two decades of experience in business, sales, and marketing. As CEO of a successful import/export company, he specialized in sales, account management, branding, trade and consumer shows and promotional events. As a flexible leader in business, he can navigate any task with special talents, such as exceptional multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills, as he strives to meet the client's needs. Amit enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for music, travel and exploring culinary adventures.

Oressa Mathers

Oressa has a passion for working with and helping others. With her first customer service position at age 11, her work ethic and extroverted personality are engrained in her core. She holds a professional background in Legal Assistance and Real Estate which aids in her attention to detail. Now working full-time as a Real Estate Agent, she still enjoys assisting the Stargazer team casually. In her spare time, you will either find her walking her Australian Shepherd Mia, basking in the sun or spending time with her husband and stepdaughter.

She is dedicated to making sure every task is completed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Faith loves to connect with nature and spend time with her beloved cat, Cleo. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to join Stargazer, where she brings her commitment to simplifying clients’ lives to the forefront.
